    Caitria Cosmetics is only sold online, here at caitriacosmetics.com and soon on Amazon.com, under the official Caitria Cosmetics account. Please note, any other websites selling Caitria Cosmetics are not authorized to sell such products and may not be selling authentic Caitria Cosmetics makeup products.
  • Are your products Cruelty Free?
    Yes! Caitria Cosmetics is proudly a cruelty-free brand! We do not test our products or ingredients on animals nor are we affiliated with any third party that test products or ingredients on animals. We are working on acquiring our cruelty free cerification.
  • Where can I find out more info about a product?
    Our individual product pages provide all the product details, including an ingredient list. If you have any concerns or need more information about our products, please contact us.
  • How do I update or cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel or edit your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible by sending email to info@caitriacosmetics.com. We will do all we can to make the changes requested to your order however please know that once an order has begun processing, it is unable to changed or canceled.
  • What are your shipping costs?
    U.S.: We are happy to provide a flat $5 shipping fee for all U.S. domestic orders! We pay a portion of shipping costs so you only pay $5 for every order, any amount, anywhere in the U.S. CANADA: We also pay a portion of shipping costs for our Canadian friends and only charge a $15 fee for ground, every order, any amount! If you need your shipment expedited, we still pay a portion for priority mail, charging you only $25. INTERNATIONAL: We also pay a portion for our overseas friends and only charge $20 for priority mail. Every order, any amount!
  • When will my package arrive after placing an order?
    Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS.   • Do you offer returns?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time. If a product arrives damaged or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to work with you to solve the issue! Please be ready to share photos of any damage and concerns.

    For customer service inquiries only, please email info@caitriacosmetics.com. Our Customer Service team is available M-F 9am - 6pm PST. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks.
