SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, the processing/fullfillment time for orders is 1-3 business days. Shipping is 3-5 business days for U.S., 1-2 weeks for Canada, 2-3 weeks International. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, processing and shipping times may vary. 

 

We pay a portion of shipping costs so that customers can enjoy flat shipping rates! Every order, any amount, anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.

 

U.S. ground shipping is $5. Canada ground shipping is $15. Canada priority (6-10 days) is $25. International priority shipping is $20.

 

For international orders, the customer will pay all custom and duties fee, if applicable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to track and locate their international package from their home country and deal directly with their own postal service and custom agents. By purchasing from Caitria Cosmetics and supplying an international shipping address, buyer agrees to be responsible for and track lost or delayed shipments. Caitria Cosmetics is not responsible for orders once they are shipped.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not currently offer refunds/exchanges. However, if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can work with you to make it right!
